About

Indigenous Education Month is celebrated in November to recognize Indigenous perspectives, histories, and cultures. This month provides an opportunity for us to reflect and become educated about Indigenous perspectives, histories and culture. It’s a time to learn about Indigenous leadership, treaties, and achievements, and to build relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples. It is also a time to listen and learn.
